Michigan Rehabilitation Services has partnered with CSD Access to provide interpreter coordination and support effective communication. Please use this form to submit your interpreter request. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on provider availability and requested timeframe. For scheduling guidance and best practices, please refer to the CSD Access/Michigan Rehabilitation Services Guidelines. Virtual Sign Language Interpreter Request

Scheduled Virtual Interpreting Requests are recommended to be submitted at least five (5) business days in advance.

CSD Access will make every effort to fulfill requests submitted with shorter notice, subject to interpreter availability.

Onsite Sign Language Interpreter Request – in-person events

Requests for in-person interpreting services are encouraged to be submitted to CSD Access at least two (2) weeks in advance. Requests submitted within five (5) days of the scheduled appointment will be accommodated on a best-effort basis but cannot be guaranteed.

MRS staff should email CSD Access at least three (3) business days prior to the appointment to confirm that the meeting will proceed as scheduled.

While advance notice improves scheduling outcomes, in-person interpreter coverage cannot be guaranteed. MRS staff are encouraged to contact CSD Access in advance to confirm interpreter availability before finalizing appointments.

When possible, virtual interpreting services are recommended to ensure interpreter availability and timely service delivery.
